I had a complicated color correction to grow out my gray from Robert and it was such a good experience. The consult was clear. He answered all my questions. The actual service was so relaxing and reassuring. All the staff were professional. And the salon is just a good vibe. Plus, my hair turned out better than I ever could have imagined. Seriously, he did some magic.

I am an older woman and was looking to do something with my long frizzy hair. My hair had not seen a cut since Covid and I was leery of stylists due to unsatisfactory experiences. After doing much research, I decided on Salon Bravissimo. I called them and told them about my hair and what I wanted. They set-up an appointment with Gina Pope. She listened to what I wanted, but what I enjoyed most was she explained the process she was going through as she cut my hair. She did not recommend extra chemical treatments to tame the frizzies. She developed her own technique she calls "dusting." While my hair was still dry and not yet washed, she twisted sections of my hair and cut off the frizzed hair that poked out. As she did this, I saw my hair smooth out. She took 2.5 hours to bring my hair back to life. She did not try to sell me any product. I asked her and she made recommendations. I woke up this morning and I did not need to brush my hair, it was soft, full and laid beautifully just like yesterday. I definitely trust Gina with my hair and I will be a regular client.

I've been going to Robert for my hair since around 2003-2004, when he was in Las Vegas. I was heartbroken when he told me he was moving to Sacramento. While there are many talented & experienced hairstylists in Las Vegas, few possess that combination of skill, experience, and the unique touch that Robert has. Because of this, I fly to Sacramento just to have my hair done by him. He is worth every penny!

Had my haircut once again by Scott, he is amazing with his scissors! Definitely recommend making an appt with him and his wife Kathleen is amazing with color, will make an appt with her soon! They are on the cutting edge of hair!!!!

I would like to share and agree with another very current, Fresh review., regarding... Layla's, big Professionalism and expertise, at such a young age., already.

Apparently we have entered a period of time, within the expensive Hair Industry, where, Hair Salon's are using the words, we all enjoy getting away from, when seeking a enjoyable and relaxing hair experience, with a good outcome of fresh new hair! Words, such as, "Denied," "Not approved" and "Cancelled." RKS Salon in Midtown, may be one you want to stay away from.

With calling around, not only did Salon Bravissimo take us fast, as we had a very very special Family event coming up fast, the overall Professionalism and peaceful atmosphere, was something my awesome partner and I highly enjoyed and were thankful for.

I highly recommend LAYLA and this salon, as far as my refreshed hair, the environment and the overall whole experience.

I've had multiple hair cuts so far with Behnaz and they have been really great! I have some tricky hair and she was able to cut just how I wanted it.

Called around 10am on Friday morning and got an appointment for an hour later at 11 with Layla for a haircut. She listened to what I wanted and delivered! Super beautiful long layers. I had waist long processed, dry hair and it has always tangled easily but with the amount of split ends I had- it was even harder to manage. With the fresh cut my hair is still long but a lot more manageable and healthy looking! Softer to the touch too! Thank you Layla, will be back and recommending 🙂

After my hair girl left CA I was lost. I went to a five different girls but my hair just kept getting worse And more damaged. I have curly brassy dry damaged hair. When I found Emily it was truly a blessing. My hair looks fabulous, bouncy curls with no frizz at all and even with highlights my hair is not damaged or melting. I had no intention of driving into Sacramento to have my hair cut & colored on a regular basis but once Kathleen was finished with me I knew I had found my hair stylist! We were new to Granite Bay and I was looking for a very specific stylist... one who had extra education in coloring hair and had earned his/her Board of Certified Hair Colorist certificate. There are not many to choose from so I chose Kathleen Clark at Salon Bravissimo. When I sat in Kathleen's chair for the first time she asked what I had in mind. I replied you are the expert and asked what she thought. Kathleeen's suggestion was highlights due to my fair complexion and bangs. Let's do this! I am not exaggerating when I say people who had known me for years actually thought I had had a face lift! Besides being a Board of Certified Haircolorist, Kathleen is also a Wella Master Color Expert! This girl is educated and knows her stuff. When was the last time you went in for a haircut and folks thought you had a face lift?! Kathleen's husband Scot is a Vidal Sassoon Master Haircutter. These two have nearly 100 years experience between the two of them. Not only are they experts with color and cut, they are also excellent human beings. I cannot say enough about their work and it would be nearly impossible to beat their experience. Cheers to an excellent haircut that causes others to think you just might have had a face lift!!

Got my hair done by Robert here a few weeks ago! After years of bleaching my hair and wearing clip in extensions I had been scared to go to a salon because I was scared they would tell me I'd have to Shave my head. Robert was kind, and didn't make me feel self conscious. He also didn't shave my head! Would highly recommend him if you're looking to make a big change with your hair!

Sima at Salon Bravisimo took the time to listen to the style I was shooting for - dramatic A line cut with some layers. Sima walked me through each phase as she was styling my hair. The A line cut is perfect! Sima is the only hairdresser who is able to cut & style my hair just as I imagined it! She made my day

I got a haircut from Gabi at the Howe Avenue salon a few days ago. She did a fantastic job meeting my needs and expectations. After she reviewed with me a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, she listened non-judgmentally to the modifications I wanted to better fit my lifestyle, then she walked me through what she was thinking of doing BEFORE she did it. She was very respectful, attentive, and highly competent. Thank you, Gabi, for such a positive experience. I've already recommended you to several of my friends, and I will definitely be back to see you again.

Gabi M. is AMAZING!!!! I had been with the same person for 8-9 years and have been unhappy for a while but was extremely afraid to make the change. This last time my hair came out horrible, I was very unhappy with my previous hair stylist and was looking to get hair redone ASAP. I came upon Salon Bravissimo ( by yelping their reviews ) and was referred to Gabi. She was extremely down to earth , welcoming and allowed me trust her immediately. She explained everything very thoroughly, took her time. The hair wash/ blowout was the best I've ever had ! Not only that but she fixed my hair and gained a client I also was able to get suggestions and purchase a bunch of new products that would help restore my hair to a healthier state than what I came in with. She was so helpful. She also happens to be a sweetheart on top of that.

I booked an appointment online - a great system; user-friendly. I got a haircut with Tammy. She was kind and she did a great job! I will go back.

This salon is a five star BIG CITY quality salon. The owner just installed new hair washing sinks that are SHEER PERFECTION. Perfectly comfortable!! Nice investment! Art Valdes and Behnaz are stylists with world class training, deep and broad experience and OLYMPIC GOLD STANDARD SKILLS. For precision hair cutters and color artists, book an appt. All HIGH END, top hair products are for sale there as well. In same parking lot, walk into Ettore's Bakery-Restaurant for high quality foods, drinks. Make a day of it!!! I lived in San Diego 30 years. Big city HIGHEST QUALITY HERE!!!

I have been going to this salon for 14 years. As my needs have changed through the years, I am never disappointed with the knowledge and service of the owners and staff. Joy is a color expert and a wizard at hair extensions. I highly recommend that you check out either location.

The front desk is super sweet and I was able to book a last minute appt with David for a blowout which turned into a trim and bangs cut/blow out. He was so thorough in examining my hair, choosing the right product and is really just amazing at what he does and cares deeply about his work... and it shows in every way.

Gina is the best. I have been on the search for a stylist who can do a one length blunt cut and after 3 different stylists and just ok haircuts I found THE ONE! She's friendly, professional and gives you great tips. My search is over.

Had an appointment with a senior stylist to give me a new look from being a bleach blonde with frizzy hair to something that would compliment me. She cut off quite a bit and made my hair color and style so much better for me. Couldn't be happier!!

I've been getting my hair cut by Emily at Salon Bravissimo for just over a year and I'm very happy. I came in for the first time after growing out a lot of my pre-Covid color, and I was ready for something different, but I didn't know what. I knew my imagination had its limits and really wanted a professional who knew what would suit my face and hair to recommend something fun and different, and that's exactly what Emily did.

She listened and asked thoughtful questions to understand what mattered to me. She suggested a shape that I wouldn't have thought of, but it sounded worth a try. I get compliments all the time, both from people i know who I haven't seen in a while and from total strangers. Huge bonus: it's SO fast and easy to style!

Since that initial cut, we've made a handful of minor tweaks as we've learned more about how my hair behaves with this kind of cut. Emily is always genuinely interested in my input and always has a plan to address any preference I bring up. And, each time we've decided on a tweak, it's the right answer and my hair gets even easier to style.

In addition to being highly skilled at what she does, Emily is also friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her!

I was able to get in same day to have bangs cut into my hair, with Gina and she did AMAZING. I was so scared to have someone new cut my bangs, especially since I'd let them grow out over the pandemic and there was no pattern to follow just my old pictures. I've had two experiences where even when I showed pictures they came out so bad. But Gina did it exactly how I wanted and she took a lot of time to do so even though I was a last minute call in. She is wonderful and I'll keep going to her for bang trims and if I ever decide to cut my long hair I'd trust her with that too! The entire salon is beautiful and well-kept as well. At Salon Bravissimo, the environment is both elegant and soothing. This is the perfect place to recharge and get my much-needed self-care. I have been here several times and the staff are always courteous and accommodating.

My stylist, Gina, is truly exceptional. She is an absolute artist. My above-the-shoulder hair isn't easy to cut because it is so straight and fine, but I always walk out of there with a precise and even edge. If I style my hair differently or allow my part to change a bit, it doesn't matter. I will still have that even, professional cut that earns me so many compliments at work--no random long pieces.

Gina has also given my daughter an amazing haircut and colored it the most beautiful shade of blue I've ever seen on anyone's hair. I might be biased because I'm her mom, but seriously it looks phenomenal.

The best part is how you feel when you leave the salon--confident and cared for.

The Salon Bravissimo team is wonderful - so welcoming and focused on their clients having the best experience. I grew my hair out and recently decided I'd had enough - it was time to go back to short hair. It's difficult (& a little nerve racking) to find a stylist who specializes in cutting short hair. Coming into this appointment, I had about 4 months of roots showing, partial highlights in the front and Gina executed exactly what I wanted as well as providing a wonderful experience! First time getting my hair done by her and I definitely will be coming back to her in a few weeks!
